Better Craft Co. envisions to be the game-changer in the food & beverage industry. To attain this vision, we strive to achieve excellence in our craft through dedication and passion and, at the same time, we remain grounded and committed to our community and our people.
In 2013, we started building and creating our first brand, Lola's Cafe. It has since grown and evolved to be our community's beloved backyard cafe. Lola's is an enduring brand and an institution in Singapore for reliable, gratifying food and perfectly brewed specialty coffee.
In more recent times, Better Craft Co. created and launched our second brand Dumpling Darlings with two spaces within Singapore CBD. Dumpling Darlings is the first of its kind restaurant in Singapore offering an innovative (and equally delicious) take on everybody's favourite: Dumplings and Noodles.
Better Craft Co. will continually build and create unforgettable food concepts in Singapore. We hope to become successful simply by being better.
The Team
Choo Kiat
Co-Founder
Choo Kiat directs all kitchen teams, is the brain of most food creations in the group. He looks after our group finances and sets the overall direction of the company.

June charts the marketing and branding of the group. She is also the group's hospitality champion and heads up the product innovation for the pastry team.
